Within your account at joinhonk.com, you have the ability to send test notifications to your Partner apps to make sure they're working.
Step 1: Check to see that the app is set up properly in your joinHONK.com account
To do this you'll need to log into your joinHONK.com account. Once you have done so, click the My Team tab on the left side of the screen:
There you should see all your operators and the phone numbers associated with their app. If they are On Duty a green circle should appear around their photo:
If they are Off Duty a red circle will appear around their photo. Anyone that is Off Duty will not receive any push notifications:
Switching your status as On or Off Duty must be done in your app. To understand how to do this, see our Mark your status as On Duty and Off Duty article.
Step 2: Send a test notification to your phone
Every operator associated with your account will show up under the My Team tab in your account. Where each operator is displayed is an icon of a square with a pencil sticking out of that. To send a test notification to that operator, click that icon:
Once you have done so, there will be an option that reads "Send Test to Employee's Phone." Clicking that button will send a test notification to said phone:
