If you've downloaded the Partner app before but have been locked out or cannot remember your password, don't fret! Follow the 6 easy steps below and you'll be ready to get rockin' on jobs again in no time!

Step 1: Open your HONK Partner app

Once you've opened the HONK app on your smartphone or tablet, you'll want to press the “Sign In” button located on the upper lefthand corner of the app's home screen.

Step 2: Visit the Log In Page

Once you click "Sign In" you will be taken to a page where it asks you for your mobile number and password. If you do not remember your password, you'll want to click "reset password" at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Entering your cell phone number

To reset the password you'll need to enter your cell phone number. A text message will be sent to that phone number to reset the password. Check out Step 4 to see what this text will look like.

Step 4: Resetting the password via text

At this point you should have gotten a text message much like the one pictured below. Clicking the link in the text will take you to a page where you will be able to reset the password. Check out Step 5 to see what that will look like.

Step 5: Reset your password

After clicking that link, you will be reverted back to the HONK Partner app. On this page you'll want to reset your password. We recommend writing this password down in case you forget it again in the future.
NOTE: You must choose a password at least 8 letters/numbers long

Step 6: Log back into the app with your new password

Once you've reset your password, go back to your HONK Partner app and click on the "Sign In" page much like you did in Step 1. Now instead of resetting your password like you did in Step 2, you'll input your mobile number and your new password. This will get you access back to your app, and you'll be good to go!
