If you've downloaded the Partner app before but have been locked out or cannot remember your password, don't fret! Follow the 5 easy steps below and you'll be ready roll in no time.

Once you've opened the HONK app on your smartphone or tablet, you'll want to press the “Reset Password" button under the "Submit" button from the Sign In page.

To reset the password, you'll need to enter the cell phone number associated with your app.

You should have gotten a text message much like the one pictured below. Tap the link in the text to be taken to a page where you can reset the password.

After tapping the link, you will be reverted to a page in the HONK Partner app where you can enter a new password.

​NOTE: You must choose a password at least 8 letters/numbers long
​

After you submit your new password, you're all set! The app should automatically log you in and you will see the "jobs" page.

NOTE: If you need to reset your password for your account at www.joinhonk.com, you can only do so with your account email on the website. The app will not let you reset your www.joinhonk.com password.
