We want to provide our Partners with the information they need to be as successful as possible. That starts with letting you know what the status of your account is. That's why we've created the status dashboard within your HONK account. Here's what you need to know!
How to find the status dashboard
To find your account status you'll want to log into your joinHONK.com account and click on "Overview" in the top left-hand corner of the screen:
Account Status and how to understand it
The Overview page is there to provide transparency into both your Account and Onboarding Status. Your account status can either be Active, On Hold, At Risk, or In Trial.
Account Status: Active
If your account status is "Active", you're good to go! You are eligible to receive alerts for jobs in your area.
Account Status: On Hold
If your account status is "On Hold", you'll want to reach out to a HONK rep by selecting the purple icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and selecting the "wait for a team member" option. If you know why your account is on hold, you may provide a statement for the team to review.
Account Status: At Risk
If your account status is "At Risk", it means your account is in danger of being put on hold due to an issue. You'll want to reach out to a HONK rep by selecting the purple icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and selecting the "wait for a team member" option. You may provide a statement for the team to review.
Account Status: In Trial
If your account status is "In Trial", be sure to complete your Onboarding Checklist to become approved as an official HONK Partner. You may still receive limited jobs as an "In Trial" Partner, however, it's vital to complete your Onboarding Checklist to keep working with HONK.
Onboarding Status
The Oboarding Status section of your account overview page will tell you if HONK is missing your insurance, background checks, and/or driver apps.
What if my account says I'm active but I'm not receiving jobs or calls?
If you suddenly stopped receiving job offers or calls, there could be an issue with a previous job or your overall performance that needs to be addressed before you can start receiving job offers or calls again. This information is usually listed under your Account Status. You can connect with a team member to find out how to get your account activated by selecting the "Wait for Team" option in the purple support bubble.
If each one of your dispatchers and operators is listed at 100% and you are not receiving jobs, you may not have your dispatch method set up properly. For more information on that, please click here.
If your dispatch method is set up correctly and you are not receiving job offers or calls there may be a low volume of calls in your area. No need to worry though! We're constantly working to onboard new clients and increase volume nationwide.
