My driver is not getting jobs, why?

If you're not sure that your app is active and ready to receive jobs, you'll want to check out your My Team page to make sure your app is properly set up. Your My Team page is located within your joinHONK.com account. 

In order for an app to receive job alerts, you'll want to make sure that they are 100% set up. If you're not sure what that means, don't worry! We'll walk you through all the steps, simply read the article below: 

STEP 1: 10% COMPLETE

 Once you have invited a dispatcher/driver, they will appear as such on the My Team page. You'll notice that the instructions indicate that the dispatcher/operator has received a text message to download the app and that the background check has not been run.

STEP 2: 25% COMPLETE

If a dispatcher/driver is 25% complete with their on-boarding process it means that they have logged into the app but have not turned location services, have not given permissions to send push notifications to their app and have not yet started their background check process. 

STEP 3: 45% COMPLETE

A dispatcher/driver is almost halfway through the process once they've logged into the app. However they still either need to allow push notifications or they need to turn on their location services. What needs to be done will be indicated in writing directly under their status. 

STEP 4: 65% COMPLETE

At this point the dispatcher/operator has fully set up their app. However they have not yet done their background check. 

STEP 5: 65% COMPLETE

The percentage will stay at 65% until the background check has been fully processed. In this situation, you will see that they started their background check but did not fully complete it yet. 

STEP 6: 65% COMPLETE

Again, the percentage will remain at 65% until the background check has been fully processed. In this situation you will see that the dispatcher/operator has completed their background check and that it is currently processing. Please note that HONK does not control how long it takes for a background check to process.

STEP 7: 100% COMPLETE

Once the app has been fully set up and the background check has been completed and approved, and proof of insurance has been provided, that dispatcher/operator will become fully active. Please note that an account will not be reviewed for activation until every single dispatcher/driver is at 100%. 

Important Note

Please note that if you or a driver suddenly stopped getting job offers or calls, there could be an issue with a previous job, your overall performance, or your compliance status that needs to be addressed before you can start receiving job offers or calls again. You can connect with a team member to find out how to get your account activated.
