How to request support from the HONK team?

If you have questions that you can't find the answers to within the Help Center, here's how you contact a HONK rep

With over 30 articles (and counting) on our Partner Help Center, you can find answers to our most asked questions. But, if you can't find the answer you're looking for there you can always reach out to one of our Partner Support team members!

To contact one of our support specialists, you'll need to visit the joinHONK.com homepage. Once you're on the website you'll want to click the purple icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen:

If our support bot cannot answer your question using the information in our help center, you can select the "wait for team" option to connect with a real team member. Please note that you will be directed to select a few options before you are connected so the team can best assist you.

Please also note that due to the volume of support inquiries, the team is not immediately available via phone. The best and fastest way to get support for your account is through the support icon at joinhonk.com.

If you ever need assistance during a live job, our job support team can always be reached directly via phone at 800-979-3162. You can use this same phone number to request payment or email accountspayable@honkforhelp.com. Make sure to have your reference number ready!
