HONK's centralized Partner Support system ensures all inquiries are adequately addressed, with escalations handled by knowledgeable team members when needed.

If our support bot cannot answer your question using the information in our help center, you can select the "wait for team" option to connect with a real team member. Please note that you will be directed to select a few options before you are connected so the team can best assist you.
The team can also escalate concerns to specific internal teams or management for higher-level intervention when required.
Q: Can I speak directly to a manager? A: HONK does not have "area managers"; however, the Partner Support team is fully capable of assisting with any issues you may face. They can coordinate with internal teams if higher-level intervention is required.
Q: Are there alternative methods to contact support? A: The primary method for receiving assistance is through the Partner Support email. Additional methods, if any, will be communicated directly to partners through official HONK channels.
