HONK is and has been dedicated to providing our customers with the fastest and most professional service in the entire industry. It's why we strictly vet what companies get on-boarded as HONK Partners.

As a result of our commitment to compliance standards, HONK Partners continuously prove that they are some of the best in the towing and roadside world. This is proven by the fact that the HONK network consistently brings in the highest customer ratings and has some of the fastest ETAs & ATAs in the industry.

What are the steps needed to become a HONK Partner?

In order for a company to become an active HONK Partner, there are steps that need to be completed first. Service Providers hoping to join the HONK Partner network should be able to show that they have valid insurance coverage, they need to show that their dispatchers and operators are professional and safe. In order to do that, all dispatchers and operators need to pass a background check offered for free through their HONK apps to begin receiving alerts for HONK jobs.

Why does HONK ask for a valid certificate of insurance and operator background checks?

HONK manages numerous roadside assistance programs for top insurance carriers and fleet management companies. HONK only works with Service Providers who meet our compliance standards to ensure the integrity of our network and the safety of HONK customers.

Note: The background check can only be started by drivers who have been dispatched on a HONK job. The most common reason the background check cannot be started is because the driver has not been dispatched on a job yet.
