What is my account status?

If you're unsure whether your account is active or not, here's how you can check

If you've created an account with HONK and want to know whether or not it is active, you can check this by visiting the Account Overview page within your joinHONK.com profile. 

In your Account Overview, you will find an Account Status section as well as an Onboarding Status section. Your Account Status indicates whether or not you are eligible to receive job offers.

The Onboarding Status indicates if you are missing any of the following:

  1. An approved certificate of insurance

  2. An active app for any dispatcher or operator working with HONK

  3. Approved background check(s) for any dispatched driver app 

You can check what steps have been completed and what steps have not been met, by reviewing the Account Overview page within your joinHONK.com account.
