HONK will typically issue a virtual credit card as payment for a completed service.

What is a virtual credit card?

A virtual credit card is a randomly generated series of numbers that has a designated amount of money assigned to it. Partners will receive their virtual credit card via an email that is sent to the email address listed in their owner account.

How do I process payment with a virtual credit card?

To charge your virtual credit card, make sure you have your point of sale system ready (many of our providers use Square, Clover, or Intuit). You will then manually enter the credit card number when prompted.

Be sure to enter the expiration date, the 3 digit security code (cvc) and the exact dollar amount the card was issued for. Entering the wrong amount could cause an error when attempting to charge your card. If required, make sure that you are settling your transactions at the end of the day to complete the authorizations.

Once you've processed the payment, you may see your payment reflected in your account in as early as 1 business day - depending on banking institution, terms apply.

If you have more questions or issues regarding payment please send at email to our team at accountspayable@honkforhelp.com.
