How do I troubleshoot App issues?

We’re so sorry for any issues that are occurring with your App, and we ask you first to try a few troubleshooting techniques that oftentimes will resolve technical issues:

  1. Ensure the device your child is using has the latest software updates installed by visiting the Settings > Updates menu to install any available updates

  2. Ensure the storage capacity available is sufficient for the App to run properly (App file size is shown in the App Information section in your App Store)

  3. Disconnect and then reconnect to Wi-Fi, or switch networks to a more stable network if possible

  4. Delete the App from your device and then reinstall it through your App Store
