To access your account Dashboard:

Check your inbox for the password reset link and create a new password
The password link may take up to 5 minutes to arrive, so please do not attempt a reset again for at least 5 minutes
If after 5 minutes you have not received the link, we'd recommend trying an alternative email address that you may have used to order- Email address typos may prevent the receipt of essential emails. Verify the email you used and contact support to correct it, if necessary.
4. Log in at the link above using the new password you've just created
You may update your dashboard password, your app password, or combine the two at any time via the Account page
