If the App rejects the ID card/driving licence identification, please check the following points:
You have taken a photo on both sides of the card.
The photo must have been taken in horizontal format
You have taken a photo with all parts of the DNI/Driving Licence visible.
The name on the ID card/driving licence matches the name on the profile.
In case all this is correct and you still can't enter your driving licence, please contact our technical service from Menu > Contact us
