In the bottom menu of the App, there is a section called "notifications" where you can find all the notifications that you have not been viewing.

If the problem is that they do not appear, it is possible that it is because you have not accepted the notifications to appear. To give the App access to show them, just follow these simple steps:

If your operating system is iOS:

👉🏻 Open the Settings app on your phone.

👉🏻 Go down to the part where all the apps appear and look for Hoop

👉🏻 Click on notifications

👉🏻 Click on allow notifications

If your operating system is Android:

👉🏻 Open your phone's Settings application.

👉🏻 Click on Notifications. Application settings

👉🏻 Under "Most recent", the applications that have recently sent you notifications are displayed.

👉🏻 Tap the application you are looking for

👉🏻 Turn the application's notifications on or off.
