Everyone responds to TRT at a slightly different pace. Here's what most patients can expect:

Weeks 1–4

  • Very slight changes for some patients

  • Most won’t feel major differences yet

Weeks 4–6

  • Slight improvement in energy, mood, or sex drive for some patients

  • Early signs of change begin

Weeks 6–8

  • Most patients notice improvements in some key areas

  • Mood, motivation, sleep, or focus may start to lift

  • Muscle recovery may improve

Week 8: Blood Test

  • A follow-up blood test is done to check testosterone levels

  • If levels aren’t optimal or you’re not feeling great, the dose can be adjusted

Weeks 8–16

  • Symptoms often continue improving

  • Results are even better when combined with good sleep, training, and nutrition

Weeks 16–26

  • More noticeable and consistent improvements

  • Strength, libido, mood, and body composition often improve further

Week 26 and Beyond

  • Benefits stabilise

  • Most symptoms are significantly reduced or fully resolved

Ongoing check-ins and blood tests help keep your treatment on track.
