To be eligible for erectile dysfunction treatment through Hormn, you must meet basic clinical and safety guidelines. Here's what doctors look for:

Who Is Eligible

  • Men who frequently have trouble getting or maintaining an erection.

  • Must be over the age of 18.

  • Must complete a health questionnaire and be cleared during a medical consultation.

Who Is Not Eligible

You may not be eligible if you:

  • Are currently taking nitrates (commonly prescribed for chest pain or heart conditions). Combining these with erectile dysfunction medications can cause dangerous drops in blood pressure.

  • Have severe heart disease, unstable angina, or have recently experienced a stroke or heart attack.

  • Have severe liver or kidney disease.

  • Have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure.

  • Have rare inherited eye conditions like retinitis pigmentosa.

  • Are allergic or hypersensitive to PDE5 inhibitors (the class of medication used for ED treatment).

Doctor Discretion

Final eligibility is always determined by the consulting doctor based on your health history, symptoms, and safety profile. If you’re not eligible, the doctor will explain why and may recommend other steps to support your sexual health.
