When your account is ready to migrate, you'll receive an email with a link to create a password in the new Hormn web app.
Your new account will already contain your Enhanced Men’s Clinic details. However, because we’re migrating data from a different system, some information may be missing or require re-entry.
After setting your password and signing in, you’ll be prompted to verify your health profile. This step is mandatory and involves validating your Medicare details.
We require this because the new system issues electronic prescriptions only—which:
Speed up dispensing
Reduce clinical errors
Help us verify patient identity according to Australian privacy and prescribing laws
If you do not have Medicare, the onboarding screen will provide an option to cancel your subscription and seek treatment from a different provider
