Unfortunately we can't move previous treatment details from EMC to Hormn (such as medications, orders, notes) due to the systems being incompatible for data transfer.
However our doctors can see all previous bloodwork and also use the old system to clarify any details.
Once you book in a consultation and your doctor prescribes you a repeat, you will be able to see the dose, the doctor and their notes.
And moving forward when you order your blood tests through the platform, you will be able to see a historical record of these results.
Same goes with any orders and resupplies.
