How to Switch Your TRT Treatment to Hormn
Create an account on the Hormn platform
Navigate to Low Testosterone treatment
Select the option:
“I am currently prescribed TRT through another clinic or doctor”
Next steps:
You’ll be prompted to order a blood test through our system
This test will measure your testosterone levels while on TRT, plus key health markers
Ensure this blood test is done when due for an injection
Once your results are uploaded to the portal, book a doctor consultation to begin treatment with Hormn
Important Notes:
Remain on TRT when doing the blood test — we are not checking for low testosterone, since you've already been prescribed
We do not accept blood tests from your current clinic or doctor
– Tests must be ordered through our system to ensure accuracy, proper lab standards, and direct integration into your patient file for clinical review
