Once you have run your event you have the ability to transfer attendance and/or pass or fail results back to Pelham via the Results section of your event.
You can access the results section on the day of the event via your Events list or after the Event via Archived Events. Click the button with the 3 dots on the event line and select Results.
You will land a the Results page which will detail all your event items like in the below image. Simply click on the item you would like to add attendance and/or Pass/Fail results
You will be asked to select a template from the dropdown, select the Educational template (basic) and click confirm
This will open so you can see all the riders/members and you have the ability to record attendance and/or Pass/Fail
Toggle slider button that will tick Attendance and Pass for all riders/members in the item
a) Toggle slider to confirm they attended b) Toggle slider to confirm Pass - this can work independently or each other
Click button with the 3 dots to save the result
Once you are happy you have updated all the results correctly, scroll down and click the Verify button to lock them in so they are ready for sending to Pelham.
When you have updated all the items and results for your event, back on the main Results page you will now see a Transfer Results button.
When the Transfer Results button is clicked it will give you a Warning message to make sure you want to send them, once they have been sent they can not be sent again.
Followed by a Success message once they have been sent
