Do I need to add a judge?
Assigning a judge to your classes is optional. However, for some association events, such as British Dressage, adding a judge is a compulsory requirement.
Judges can be added to a class either from the Times page or when setting up and processing your Results.
Adding a Judge from the Times Page
1. Navigate to the relevant event & click the three dots to view options
2. Click Times
3. Extend the class details
4. Click Judges
5. Select the Judge from the dropdown
6. Type in the position of the judge
7. Click Add
8. Click Ok
9. If the Judge is not in the dropdown, start to type their name and press enter on keyboard, this will bring up the pop up below. Fill this in and press Save & exit
Adding a Judge when Processing Results
1. Navigate to the relevant event & click the three dots to view options
2. Click Results
3. Click the three dots next to the class
4. Click Edit
5. Select the Judge from the dropdown & also add their position
6. Click Add
7. Select Dressage Template and click Confirm
đĄ Tip: If you need to change a judge after results have been entered, make the change through the Times page by editing the Judge rather than resetting your results template. This allows you to update the judge while keeping all of the results you have already entered.
