Monkey is able to help you manage and communicate with athletes during the entry/booking process the procedures you have implemented, such as Warm Up Times to designated areas for Cooling Down.
We have centralised all messages in the Supporting event information section of the event configuration. From this central point you an add different messages for each part of the booking. Of course if you do not add a message they will simply not show!
Event Terms and Conditions
You have the ability to add your own Terms & Conditions. When added these become a mandatory requirement for all bookings processed on your behalf.
We encourage you list all procedures and protocols, from Arrival, Facilities, Parking, Warm Up/Practice Arena, and any other protocols you need athletes and spectators to follow during your event.

Additional notes can be added to each competition item of your event. Once you have created your start list you will be able to select Notes from the top action bar.
And add your notes. These will be showing for you on each competition item
Plus, once published they will also be visible on the public view of your start list.
This is a great area to communicate with your riders at warm up time or procedures, Cooling Down or practice ring rules. Each rider will see this information when getting their times.
