Adding scores for Team Quest classes

Firstly select your Dressage template, for Team Quest you use the last option - Dressage Template (Team Quest Class)

Make sure the Total Points field has a value added and if you need to add in the total points, type them in the box and press Save Total Points.

Then follow these steps to add the scoring for the Team Quest Classes:

  1. You will see the level will have pulled through from your online entries, you are able to change this as it is a drop down field if required.

  2. For each rider the Team name will auto-populate from the entry but if not then Type in the name of the Team that rider is representing and then...

  3. Enter the total marks awarded by judge/s, add up collectives and press the button with the 3 dots and select save

  4. Repeat this process for the whole class.

You then need to create a Team Quest Master Team Sheet

Within the class you have just scored, scroll to the bottom of all the listed and scored riders and you will see the below button:

  1. Click the Push to TQ Ranking button

2. Create a new class for Team Quest Ranking, when you are doing pushing your first Team Quest class you will need to set up a Master Team Sheet Class on the below pop up using the "or create new competition item" and call it Master Team Sheet, this will then become the template that collates all the team scores together across all the TQ classes.

3. Horse Monkey then takes a copy of those results and adds them to the new Master Team Sheet class you have created

4. Select the next Team Quest Class and start adding your results like above, remember to select the Dressage Template Team Quest Classes

5. As you complete each Team Quest class repeat the process using the Push to TQ button but you don’t need to create a new Master Team sheet, you can add to the one you created using the select class field and click continue.

Your team sheet will show at the bottom of all your classes on your results page and it will give you the overall team score:

Please get in touch if you would like us to run through this process with you, it may seem like a lot at first but you will find as you do it, it does not take very long at all.
