From the organiser dashboard use the menu on the left-hand-side of the screen to click Financials > Bookings.
Then use either the booking reference or the riders email address to search for the booking.
Once you have found the booking you want to refund, click on the three dots to the right-hand-side of the screen, and click Refund.
Alternatively, click Edit Booking, and then click Full Refund which is in red at the top of the page.
When prompted, select โYesโ to confirm you want to process a refund directly to the rider's original payment card.
A confirmation email will then be automatically sent to the riders email address to notify them of this, as well as this refund displaying in the bookings section of their Horse Monkey account.
