How to refund a single item on a booking

From the organiser dashboard use the menu on the left-hand-side of the screen to click Financials > Bookings.

Then use either the booking reference or the riders email address to search for the booking.

Once you have found the booking you want to refund, click on the three dots to the right-hand-side of the screen, and click Edit Booking.

You will then see a list of information regarding this booking. Scroll down until you see the specific item/class you want to refund. Click the three dots to the right-hand-side of the screen, and click Refund Item.

When prompted, select โ€˜Yesโ€™ to confirm you want to process a refund directly to the rider's original payment card. This will then refund the rider only the price of this one item/class.

A confirmation email will then be automatically sent to the riders email address to notify them of this, as well as this refund displaying in the bookings section of their Horse Monkey account.
