To give a discount to your members through Horse Monkey there are a couple of stages you need to complete.
Upload Members list
You firstly need to upload your list of Membership numbers via an excel sheet
Make sure that all membership numbers are in a single column (the first column on the sheet), only detailing the number (do not include the name of the member or any other details on this column)
From your dashboard access the Settings menu on the left hand side of the screen
Select My Assets
From this screen upload your Members list:
Make sure you update this list regularly to include your most recent members
Apply discount
Return to the event set up screen - ensure you have selected the Advanced view (not Basic) by selecting the button at the top right hand side
2. From the blue navigation buttons select the % sign - this will take you to the Discount set up section
3. Select Add New Discount
4. Give the discount a name
5. Select Discount from the next dropdown box
4. Populate the value box with % or absolute discount details and then set that figure in the box opposite
NB you must select the box Apply To MY Membership List to activate the function
5. Save and Exit
