As an organiser with the Premium or Professional Horse Monkey Package you have various options available to you to complete bookings.
You are able to add bookings on behalf of clients and choose a payment method at checkout.
To add a manual booking you simply go to the menu on your Dashboard and select Financials - Add Booking and follow the process through to Checkout
Horse Monkey Premium Package
At checkout you have 2 options:
Pay Now or Defer Payment
Pay Now
You have 2 options here:
Stripe - enter card details and the booking is complete
Complimentary - adds a booking without taking payment
Defer Payment
Again you have 2 options:
Request and Pre-authorise
Request:
Used for when the client is not in front of you
Sends a link to the selected email address
Can be sent to a Horse Monkey account holder or a 3rd party
Simply provide the security code that is generated to the person paying so they can complete the payment
Horse Monkey account managers can also access via their own Dashboard
Completing the payment link authorises the card only - payment is not taken at this stage

Pre-authorise:
Used for when the client is face to face
Input the card details directly on to the Stripe payment screen
Again this authorises the card - payment is not taken at this stage

Horse Monkey Professional Package
This package comes with all the above and some additional options:
Pay Now - Other:
Allows you to take an alternative method of payment and record it here
Options include Cash, Debit Card, BACS and Cheque
Reports include all payments recorded to give a full Financial report for your event
Defer Payment - Outstanding:
The booking is complete but shows as not paid
Gives the functionality for additional bookings to be added
Payment can be taken at the end of the event or a Payment link can be generated to clear the outstanding balance
