What happens if I upgrade my account in the middle of a billing cycle?
You will be able to enjoy your upgrade instantly and the pro-rata price difference will be added to your subscription in your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my account in the middle of a billing cycle?
You can cancel your package at any time by going to https://organisers.horsemonkey.com/orders/payments and clicking on Manage to cancel.
Your cancellation will be processed immediately, however you will have access to the features of the package you subscribed to until the end of the billing period.
If you change your mind and decide you really need this back, you will be able to get back to your subscription to update it without having to enter any further details.
What happens if I upgrade to Intro and I do not add complimentary and manual bookings?
Well, nothing really happens! You simply have the ability to do it if you need to. No charges will be made if you do not actually process any complimentary or manual bookings.
When do I pay my subscription?
Our Premium and Professional package subscriptions are billed monthly. The first payment is taken when you upgrade your account, subsequent payments trigger a month later.
There are no monthly subscription charges for Base or Intro packages.
When do I pay my variable charges?
Any variable charges incurred are billed the month following use and are included in the monthly subscription invoice, where applicable.
How is the payment of variable charges calculated?
Variable charges are calculated as a count of the relevant transactions processed. You can see an estimation of the changes you have incurred at any point in time during the month. These charges are automatically calculated up to the end of your billing cycle and added to your monthly subscription (where applicable) at the end of your billing cycle. The following transactions will accrue a variable charge:
Complimentary bookings - these are bookings with £0.00 cost charged to the Account Managers or bookings manually added by Organisers and checked out using the Complimentary booking option (this feature is available for Intro, Premium and Professional packages)
Show office bookings - these are offline bookings where the payment has been recorded using the offline payment methods. So that is any checkout method apart from Stripe
Additions - the count of organiser made additions of a new item or a basket of items to an authorised booking. This means that each time you add a single item or a number of items to an authorised booking it counts as a variable use, each subsequent addition counting as a new variable charge.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards and BACS Direct Debit.
What happens if my monthly subscription / variable payments fail?
The platform will make 3 attempts to process our payment, should all these attempts fail, the platform will automatically cancel your package and revert your account back to Base.
Can I pay by invoice?
No, not at this time.
