This is a hugely useful additional feature that is available as an add-on when you have the Premium or Professional packages.
This can be used in a variety of ways:
To mark attendance at a training event
To note a Pass/Fail
To score for a virtual event
How to add on this feature
From your Dashboard > Financials > Package Details >External Judging Plugin:
You then just subscribe via a Direct Debit or a card payment
There is no contract and it can be cancelled at any time
How to grant a new external access
Access the Results section of the event
Click the Manage External Access button:
To create a new access click New External Access:
Complete the details of the judge
You can grant access to All Items or select specific ones from the drop down
Save
You now just need to send the link and access code to the judge
Click the 3 dots > Send details
The judge will receive an email with the link and the code
They can then access the items you have allowed access to
Managing external access
You have complete control over the access and you can edit it and remove it at anytime.
Within the Manage External Access section all the judges with access will be listed
Clicking the 3 dots alongside each one gives you the option send the access link and code again or Edit the access and to Remove the access
