You may have an event that has 2 rounds for example, so you will have all the bookings in one class but you need to duplicate them to another class for the 2nd round. This is where the "Capture" functionality comes in!

This is accessed from Step 2 of the Times, after your start lists have been created on
Step 1.

  • Open up the class that you want to add bookings to using the Green + symbol

  • Select the Capture option

  • You have 2 options here - copy a full class or just add individual bridle numbers

To duplicate the entries from an entire class

  • Use the From a competition (Capture all) - Select A Competition option to drop down all the available classes for that event

  • Selecting a class will duplicate all the entries from that class to the new one

  • Eg. opening up the Round 2 class and selecting the Round 1 class from the drop down will pull all the bookings from Round 1 into the Round 2 class

To add individual Bridle numbers only

  • Use the From the event (by bridle number) - Type one or more bridle numbers option

  • Insert the bridle number you want to add to that class

  • When class or individual items have been selected click Capture

  • Confirm you want to make the changes

This functionality can have many uses, the most common would be:

  • Block bookings were 1 fee applies to more than 1 round

  • Championship events where competitors are added without a fee being taken to the Championship classes
