This functionality gives you even more flexibility and choice over the management of your event. Particularly useful for multi day events or Showing events that accept entries on the day - choose when each individual class closes for bookings, choosing to leave others open and allowing online entries. You are fully in control!
Available on the Premium and Professional packages
From the Edit Event page go to the Event Summary section
Scroll down to the Late Bookings section
Activate the "Allow online entries until the end of the event" button
Scroll down to the end of that section
Update to save
All classes that have a status of Open will now be available to accept online bookings. You choose when to change that status, maximising your entries and making sure all bookings are paid for too.
When you want to close bookings simply turn the button off and update to save. If the original bookings close day and time has passed then online bookings will no longer be allowed.
