What logos am I allowed to use? Where can I find logos?
Any and all use of the corporate name or logo in marketing or training materials (both hard and electronic copies), merchandise, apparel, social media platforms, websites, software, mobile apps, presentations, ads, signage, etc. requires approval from the corporate Marketing team.
Additionally, use of the company logo on business cards is permitted without corporate’s approval if the logo used is the version available for download from our Marketing page and its appearance has not been manipulated.
Use of carrier logos on your marketing materials must be approved by each carrier. Since they are their own business entities outside of corporate, you’ll need permission to use their logo.

If you would like to update your email in our mailing list, please submit a support ticket for Contracting in HQ here. We recommend using the same email for your SFG contact and Quility HQ login, to have all your SFG related material be sent to one email.
SFG approved logos, creative content and product resources can be found on our Marketing page.
Please submit your logo requests via the SFG Logo Customization Request form (can also be found on the Marketing Request Forms page). Our in-house Design team can assist you in getting your logo aligned with our brand requirements. Depending on our Design team’s queue, we estimate a minimum of a five-business day turnaround. We recommend submitting your request with planning for a potential longer turnaround time.

The “Symmetry Financial Group Powered by Quility” logo can only be utilized when using client-facing resources, Quility products, Quility technology or when using materials coming from the Corporate office. If the material does not come directly from Corporate, it requires approval from the corporate Marketing team.
The “Symmetry Financial Group” logo is located on the SFG Brand Resources + Tools section on the marketing page of HQ. This logo can be used in client-facing and recruiting marketing materials. However, it is encouraged that you fill out the marketing request form for your custom SFG logo with your agency name located here. Materials with either of these also require approval from the Marketing team since it includes our name or logo. This logo or your customized logo is what will be used in most cases.
It is encouraged to align yourself with the Symmetry Financial Group brand in all respects including fonts and brand colors, especially when using our logos or mentioning our name. You are more than welcome to create your own branding for your business; however, it is important to note that marketing materials with our logos or name must be approved by the corporate Marketing team. The exception is if the material was provided by Corporate and directions for edits were followed.
It is important to note the specific differences between the Symmetry Financial Group Powered by Quility logo and the Symmetry Financial Group mentioned in the previous FAQ.
You are not required to have either of these logos on your marketing materials. However, if you decide to use Symmetry's logos or name on your custom materials, they must be approved by the corporate Marketing team.
If these materials do not contain the Symmetry name or logo, it is not required that they be approved by the corporate Marketing team. We do encourage you to align yourself with Symmetry by using our brand colors and fonts, but this is not required if you choose to create your own branding.
Am I allowed to use Quility branding on my marketing materials, such as social media posts or logos?
It is against brand guidelines to use Quility branding to represent your business on your personal websites, social media accounts and other marketing collateral.
Am I allowed to use the Quility mascot, Quigley, on my marketing materials, such as social media posts, website, or business card?
It is against brand guidelines to use Quility branding or Quigley to represent your business on your personal websites, social media accounts and other marketing collateral.
The use of emotional imagery is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any material that includes the Symmetry Financial Group logo or the Symmetry Financial Group Powered by Quility logo must be approved by the corporate Marketing team.
The Symmetry Financial Group Powered by Quility logo can only be used for client-facing resources, Quility products, Quility technology or materials coming from the corporate office.
