To cancel or edit a standing order will depend on the type of lead order.
How to cancel a Mail-In A or Bonus Standing Lead Order:
If you have a Mail-In A or Bonus Standing Lead Order, the order was originally placed by submitting the PDF order form to Leads Support. You can cancel by submitting your request to cancel via a support ticket in HQ.
From the left Navigation Menu, select ‘Support’.
Click the ‘Leads’ tile from the Support Hub.
Click ‘Submit a Support Ticket’ at the bottom of the page.
Enter your name and E-mail. Enter either "Cancel Mail-In Standing Lead Order" or "Cancel Bonus Standing Lead Order" as the description of your request.
Click Submit.
The Leads Support team will notify you once the order has been canceled.
Note: Mail-In A Standing Lead Orders will be placed in a pending cancellation status until the end of the billing period. While it is possible to receive leads to an order in a Pending Cancellation status, the priority will be drastically reduced so you may not receive additional leads after changing the status.
How to cancel a Standing Lead Order that was placed in HQ :
All Standing Lead Orders placed via HQ such as Digital Lighthouse, Call-In, Digital Economy, or Recruiting, can be canceled at your convenience via your HQ account. Just navigate to the page for that order and select the red X on the order as shown in the steps below.
From the left Navigation Menu, select ‘Leads’ to expand the Lead Administration submenu.
Select the desired Lead Category.
Your lead order will be listed on the screen.
If your order does not automatically show on the page, be sure to check the filters for Order Status to show all orders.
Click the red ‘X’ and you are all set!
What To Expect After Submitting a Cancellation Request in HQ
Once you submit an order cancellation within HQ, the order will be placed in a Pending Cancellation status until the end of the Billing Period. HQ orders have a billing period from Saturday to Friday with the billing period ending Friday at Midnight EST. While it is possible to receive leads to an order in a Pending Cancellation status, the priority will be drastically reduced so you may not receive additional leads after changing the status. If you wish to finish the week with normal assignment, we advise submitting the cancellation on Friday before Midnight EST or as soon as your order fills for the week.
Options for any Remaining Account Balance
If you will not be placing any future orders in HQ and wish to have your balance transferred to Opt or refunded, please know this can only occur once the order has moved to a Cancelled status when the billing period has ended. Please contact Leads Support on the Monday your order appears as Cancelled to request a transfer or refund of your HQ Account Balance.
If you will be placing future orders, your balance will be utilized to fund renewals of future orders, but not initial prefunding on future orders.
How to edit a Mail-In A or Bonus Standing Lead Order:
Mail-In A and Bonus Standing Lead Orders can be changed by submitting a new PDF Standing Lead Order form with the ‘replace’ box checked. Fill out the PDF order form to reflect what the order should be changed to. Lead order forms can be accessed in HQ on the Leads Orders Page under the Support>leads section.
Download the desired Standing Lead form: Mail-in A, Mail-In (MI) Bonus, Call-In Bonus, or External Vendor from the Leads Orders Page in HQ:
Login to HQ.
From the left Navigation Menu, select ‘Support’. Click the ‘Leads’ tile from the Support Hub.
Click ‘Leads Orders’ from the Resource links on the right.
Locate and download the desired Order Form.
Fill out the form for your desired location and number of leads per level.
Note: For Bonus Leads, depending on the Lead Channel we allow a maximum quantity of leads per level as noted on the order forms.
Fill out your payment information and ensure all signatures are provided.
Submit a Support ticket with the Order form by emailing Leads@Quility.com or:
From the ‘Leads’ Tile in Support, click ‘Submit a Support Ticket’ at the bottom of the page.
Enter your name and E-mail. Enter either “Bonus Lead Standing Order” or "Mail-In A Lead Standing Order" as the description of your request.
Attach the completed Lead Order Form as a file.
Click ‘Submit’ and you will be notified once your order has been received and processed.
Bonus Standing Lead Orders will be allocated with the requested change as soon as they are processed. Mail-In A Standing Lead Order changes will go into effect at the start of the next Billing Period.
How to edit a Standing Lead Order that was placed in HQ:
All Standing Lead Orders placed via HQ such as Digital Lighthouse, Call-In, Digital Economy, or Recruiting, you can edit the order by selecting the green notepad on the order.
From the left Navigation Menu, select ‘Leads’ to expand the Lead Administration submenu.
Select the desired Lead Channel: Lighthouse Leads, Digital Economy Leads, Call-In Leads, or Recruiting Leads.
Your active Standing Lead Order(s) will be listed on the screen.
Click the green notepad to bring up the edit order form.
Your quantity requested can be adjusted from the first order line.
If an order CHANGE is wanted, press the grey plus sign below the Product Type field on the form page.
Enter the new desired states/quantity/lead type for the entire order.
Click the red X next to the FIRST line on the order form.
Check the box to agree to Terms and Conditions/Save Changes and you are all set!
Note: Order increases will be applied during the weekly top-off charge for the new billing week, and changing your order to different lead types/states will allow those leads to be allocated during the current billing week.
