How do I place an order for Bonus leads?

While there are technically two ways to purchase Bonus leads in Quility Leads Marketplace (you can read more about this in How do I order leads), we’ll cover the recommended method for new agents here. You’ll be placing a standing lead order, which is a weekly subscription. Here’s how it works:

Bonus leads are assigned daily from Monday to Friday, but agents only gain access to these leads once payment has been received. By default, payment for assigned Bonus leads is automatically charged nightly. However, agents have the option to pay for these leads upon assignment (through a link in the email notification), which will unlock immediate access.

Standing Lead Orders (SLO) allow for predictable billing and a consistent source of opportunities to help you build a business. You can place your Bonus Standing Lead Order (BSLO) by submitting a completed Lead Order Form from the Lead orders page in HQ (instructions below).

For Bonus Standing Lead Orders, we allow a maximum quantity of leads per level as noted on the order forms.

How to submit an order form for a Bonus Standing Lead order:

  1. Download the desired Bonus Standing Lead form: Mail-In (MI) Bonus, Call-In Bonus, or External Vendor from the Leads Orders Page in HQ:

    1. Login to HQ.

    2. From the left Navigation Menu, select ‘Support’. Click the ‘Leads’ tile from the Support Hub.

    3. Click ‘Leads Orders’ from the Resource links on the right.

    4. Under Placing Bonus Standing Lead Orders via PDF, locate and download the desired Order Form.

  2. Complete the PDF Order form by filling it out digitally or printing, writing, and scanning the form.

    1. Fill out the form for your desired location and number of leads per level.

    2. Note: Depending on the Lead Channel, we allow a maximum quantity of leads per level as noted on the order forms.

    3. Fill out your payment information and ensure all signatures are provided in both Signature locations.

  3. Submit a Support ticket with the Order form by emailing Leads@Quility.com or:

    1. From the ‘Leads’ Tile in Support, click ‘Submit a Support Ticket’ at the bottom of the page.

    2. Enter your name, E-mail, and “Bonus Lead Standing Order” as the description of your request.

    3. Attach the completed Lead Order Form as a file.

    4. Click ‘Submit’ and you will be notified once your order has been received and processed.

  4. Orders will be billed via Opt to the default card on file.
