What are the new Lead Naming Conventions?
Lead Orders are now categorized based upon the Order Method, Lead Level, Lead Channel, and Lead Type.
Lead Channels
Leads are grouped into Channels based upon the method they were generated.
Mail-In (MI): Mail-In leads are generated when a prospective client receives a letter regarding their mortgage, then responds to it by returning the letter via mail, calling the 800 number listed, or scanning the QR code to request coverage information.
Call-In (CI): Call-In leads are generated when a prospective client receives a postcard regarding their mortgage, then responds to it by calling the 800 number listed to request coverage information.
Digital Lighthouse (DLH): Digital Lighthouse leads are high-intent leads that are generated through tightly focused search and social media campaigns such as Facebook, TikTok, and search ads.
Digital Economy (DE): Digital Economy A leads are generated through search and social media campaigns such as Facebook, TikTok, and search ads. These leads often have not gone through all of the verification steps to be considered a high-intent Lighthouse lead.
External Vendor (EX): External Vendor leads are generated when a prospective client receives a letter regarding their mortgage, then responds to it by returning the letter via mail or scanning the QR code to request coverage information. Leads from External Vendors were distributed previously as A leads to non-SFG agents, then purchased by Quility as B-level leads.`
External Partner (EP): External Partner leads are purchased outside the Quility ecosystem through partners we have vetted and continue to specifically identify - Level Up Leads and Razor Ridge Leads.
Referral (R): Referral leads are manually entered into the system directly by agents. They are leads sourced by networking, agent-led social media campaigns, or any lead purchased outside the Quility ecosystem/Quility External Partners.
Lead Levels
Lead Levels are a combination of the Lead Channel and the Lead Level Category. For example, the A Level Category lead generated via a Mail-In Channel will display as the Lead Level MIA. When the same lead transitions to a B Level Category, it will display as the Lead Level MIB.
Lead Level Categories
Leads are categorized into Levels A through G. Recruiting leads are categorized as Licensed or Unlicensed.
A Leads: Level A leads are fresh, newly generated leads.
Bonus Leads: Levels B to G are Bonus leads with the categorization corresponding to the number of times a lead has renewed its availability. Bonus leads are aged and have possibly been contacted before without a policy sold.
Lead Types
Mortgage Protection (MP)
Spanish Mortgage Protection (SPMP)
Life Insurance (GL)
Final Expense (FE)
Infinite Banking (IB): Requires Certification to Order
Retirement Solutions (RS): Requires Certification to Order
Tax-Free Retirement (IUL): Requires Certification to Order
Recruiting (REC): Requires Agency Owner Approval to Order
Lead Names
Lead naming will be a combination of the Lead Channel, Lead Level, and Lead Type. For example, a Mail-In lead for Mortgage Protection at the B level would be notated as MIB MP.
Order Methods
Standing Lead Order (SLO): A Standing Lead Order is a subscription-based order which renews on a scheduled basis. Leads are allocated to orders as inventory becomes available in the specified lead level, type, and location.
One-Time Lead Order (OTLO): A One-Time Lead Order is a singular, non-recurring order. Leads are purchased directly from the available Live Inventory.

Mail-In Bonus leads are generated when a prospective client receives a letter regarding their mortgage, then responds to it by returning the letter via mail, calling the 800 number listed, or scanning the QR code to request coverage information. Mail-In Bonus leads were distributed previously as A leads but still haven't had a policy sold.

External Vendor (EX) Mortgage Protection Bonus Leads: Levels B-D, notated as EXB, EXC, EXD

What is happening to my existing Bonus Leads with the levels B1-B5?
Leads that have already been allocated through a Standing Lead Order or purchased via a One-Time Order will not be impacted. They will remain in your account with their existing lead levels. Only newly assigned leads or leads available in live inventory will have the updated naming conventions.
What is happening to my existing B1-B5 Bonus Standing Lead Order?
As B1-B5 leads will no longer be available, any existing Standing Lead Orders will be canceled effective July 13th. All agents will need to place a new Bonus Standing Lead Order for one of the 5 new Bonus Lead Types using the updated PDF Lead Order Forms.

Can I place multiple Bonus Standing Lead Orders?
Yes, you can! Each of our 5 Bonus Lead Order types are independent from each other. Agents can only place one order per Bonus Lead type.
Will I still be allowed to order counties, or will it be statewide?
Yes! When available in Live Inventory, county-specific leads can be purchased via a One-Time Lead Order for Mail-In A (MIA), Call-In A (CIA), or Bonus leads only.
County-specific Standing Lead Orders are only available for Bonus Leads. Bonus Standing Lead Orders can by placed by county, statewide, or a combination of both.
How many Bonus leads am I allowed to order?
Bonus Standing Lead Orders have limits for the quantity per lead level each week. These quantity limits are per level per order regardless of the locations selected.
If there are leads available in Opt Live Inventory, they may be purchased in addition to your Bonus Standing Lead Order beyond the quantity level limits.
The Bonus Lead Level Quantity Limits are:
Mail-In (MI) Bonus: Levels B/C - 15 each, D/E - 20 each, F/G - 50⯠each
Call-In (CI) Bonus: Levels B/C - 30 each, D/E - 50 each, F/G - 100 each
Digital Lighthouse LIFE (DLH) Bonus: Level B - 15
External Vendor (EX) Bonus: Levels B/C - 15 each, D - 25.âŻ
If I order Mail-In Bonus leads, will they ONLY be handwritten responses?
While the generation for Mail-In Bonus leads is the same, the response methods that we receive can vary. Mail-In Bonus leads may include handwritten replies, as well as responses via calls to an 800 number and QR code scans. Mail-In leads are grouped by the method they are acquired - a Letter sent in the mail.
