How do I start a Free Trial?
You can start your trial at any time by pressing “Start your free 2 day trial today” in one of three locations (the top right of the platform, the pro access banner or the organisation settings). They look something like this...
Once you activate your trial, you will see the following modal and your trial has begun!
Can I extend my trial?
Our free trials last for 2 full days from the moment you activate them. Trials will only be extended in exceptional circumstances. Speak to your sales rep if needed.
Is there a limit to the number of users from my organisation that I can have on my trial?
No! You can have as many users as you like, as long as you’re all from the same organisation!
I need help using the platform!
If you need help using HR DataHub for the first time, we recommend taking a look at this article titled “First time using HR DataHub?”. This article contains two videos, the short version (5 mins) of using HR DataHub and the detailed version (13 minutes) which shows a breakdown of every feature available to use.
You also have the option of speaking directly with a person (although the preset bots may try to answer your questions first, give them a chance, they're learning on the job!). To do so, just open the chat messenger in the bottom right ↘️
My activation link isn’t working, what should I do?
If you requested an account but didn’t click the link within 24 hours, you will need to request a new link by clicking on the old link. Be sure to open the link within 24 hours and you should be fine! If you are still stuck then message us through the messenger (bottom right).
My colleague’s activation link isn’t working, what should I do?
Activation links only work for 24 hours so you should first try to send another one and have them accept it on the same day. If this fails, get in contact with one of the team by emailing support@hrdatahub.com or by using the messenger in the bottom right of the platform.
I need technical help during my trial, who should I contact?
If your question is an in-platform question then you should message support@hrdatahub.com or talk to us using the messenger in the bottom right and one of the Customer Success team will get back to you ASAP.
How do I end a Free trial?
Your Free trial will end automatically on the 2nd full day after you begin your trial. If your trial has finished then you will see the following sign at the top of your dashboard (in-platform).
When your trial ends you will see the following modal appear explaining what comes next.
Exactly when will the trial end?
At midnight on the 2nd full day. For example, if you start your trial on 01/01/2025, any time after 00:01, your trial will end on 03/01/2025 at 23:59.
What happens when my trial ends?
You will be converted back to the ‘Basic’ account which means you can still see the platform but will not be able to conduct any searches. Everything will be the same as ‘pre-trial’ but you won’t have the option to begin another trial.
