You can tailor your own Key Fields, by adding Drop Down lists, Free Text fields, Check Boxes or Date fields. This information can be added to an injury at the time of entering the injury into SolvInjury or later, in the Details in the injury file. The information captured in these key fields is then available for reporting purposes as required.
To add a new Key Fields, go to your Settings page > Configuration and select Injury Key Fields.
Once on this page, select Add. Fill in the Name of the field, and this will auto-populate the Reporting Label which is the corresponding label in our reporting suites.
Then select the Element Type, being the type of key field you'd like created.
Once you've filled in the details for the new Key Field, select 'Save'. Your field will then be saved and automatically added to the Add Injury and Edit Injury pages within the system.
If you've added a field such as a drop-down or tree view field, where you then need to add the values to that, you'll be taken directly to our Lookups page to manage as required. For information on how to manage Lookups please head to our 'Managing your Custom Fields' article in the Help Centre.
