Individual Claim Export

CLAIM EXPORT

As an Admin user, you have the ability to download and export information for a record. This file will combine all attachments and entries against that claim into a single .zip file.

To do this, from the Summary page of a record, go to Details > Claim Export.

You will be taken to a screen that shows any previous exports if available, or to create a new export, click the Add button.

Once the Add button is clicked, you will be taken to a screen where you can tick the information you wish to export, provide a reason, and generate the Export.

Multiple exports can be generated for a single record, and although zip files are smaller than the combination of the original files, you may need to consider using multiple exports in situations where the file is large or you intend to send this via email or file-sharing services as the recipient may have inbox size limits.

Preparing the file may take a few minutes, especially if there are a large number of documents to be exported. The status will show as Pending while the file is being prepared. You will be sent an email to advise you the system has completed the export and it is ready for download.

If you remain on the Export Page, you may need to refresh your browser after receiving the email to change the status to complete.

The system will then automatically download that file in a .zip folder, via your browser's normal download method.

Admin users will be able to see all Claim Exports that have been generated, however, each user will only be able to download the files that they created.
