How to assign a check-in template to your client πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

1. Select your client's profile

2. In the 'CheckIns' tab click on 'Add Check-In Form'

3. Select 'Your Templates'

You can choose to create a form from scratch or select one from your template library. If you opt for a template, you can customise it further without altering the original master template.

4. Select a check-in from your template and click on 'Copy Form'

You can preview the questions on the right-hand side

5. The check-in will appear under the 'Assigned' tab

  • You can click within this check-in to personalise it specifically for this client.

  • Submitted check-ins will appear under the 'Submission' tab
