In this article, we'll go over how you can assign a questionnaire form to a client
Open a client profile and click 'Add Questionnaire' from the overview tab
Select a questionnaire to assign and click on 'Add Questionnaire'
You can assign multiple questionnaires at the same time
Assigned questionnaires sync with your library; updates to the library questionnaire will apply to all clients.
Questionnaires will appear in the 'Client Info' section in the overview tab
Submitted questionnaires will have a checkmark; you can view or delete responses.
Unsubmitted questionnaires can still be unassigned.
You'll be notified of all submitted questionnaires
