Adding phone numbers to your clients/sites allows you to send reminders to your clients ahead of visits. By adding email addresses to your clients, you can easily send them visit completion reports.
On mobile
Head to More, then tap on Clients & Sites:
Navigate to the client you wish to attach a phone number or email address to.
Enter their phone number and/or email address in the "Contact number" and "Contact email" fields respectively then tap Update details. If you wish to update the site contact number or site contact email, you can do this in the Sites tab:
On desktop
Head to Clients & Sites.
Click on the client you wish to attach a phone number or email address to.
Select Show optional client details, enter their phone number and/or email address in the "Client number" and "Contact email" fields respectively then click Update details. If you wish to update the site contact number or site contact email, click on the site and then Show optional site details:
