How to connect your accounting system

Hudled supports direct integration with major cloud accounting systems like Xero and Quickbooks

Connecting via integration

For Hudled to identify your software spend and help you find savings, we need reconciled transactions from your accounting system. The easiest way to do this is via our direct integration enabling us to sync and import your transactions automatically.

As you reconcile your monthly transactions, they will automatically be sent to Hudled and categorised for you.

How do I connect?

After signing up, you will be prompted to activate your Hudled account. After providing some basic information about you and your company. You will be prompted to choose your accounting software.

If your software has a supported integration you can connect directly to your account via a native integration. You will need to have valid account credentials for your accounting system. Your credentials are not stored by Hudled and we will only have access to the information you grant us access to. We will not be able to access anything else e.g. payroll. You may revoke access at any time. You can learn more about what data we use here.

  • QuickBooks Online (coming soon)

Connecting multiple entities to Hudled
Yes, you can connect multiple Xero and Quickbooks accounts. This is available on our growth plan,

What if Hudled doesn't have an integration for my accounting software?

You can still use Hudled by manually uploading transactions exported directly from your accounting system. See here for details.
