With report filtering, you can choose from a set of fields to export data for a specific set of users, reducing the need to further process the export in other tools after exporting.
Filtering reports
You can filter users on your report with the following steps:
In the Reports tab, select a template or create a custom report.
Under Filters, use the available fields to reduce the amount of users that will be exported in the CSV file.
Select the fields and other settings that you want included in the export. For more, see Exporting data and saving reports.
When you're ready, click Download CSV.
Available fields
The following filelds are available to use as filters for your reports:
Contract type
Department
Manager
Payroll provider
Place of work
Place of work city
Place of work country
Reports up to
Space (if the company has this feature enabled)
Teams
