Report Filtering

With report filtering, you can choose from a set of fields to export data for a specific set of users, reducing the need to further process the export in other tools after exporting.


Filtering reports

You can filter users on your report with the following steps:

  • In the Reports tab, select a template or create a custom report.

  • Under Filters, use the available fields to reduce the amount of users that will be exported in the CSV file.

  • Select the fields and other settings that you want included in the export. For more, see Exporting data and saving reports.

  • When you're ready, click Download CSV.


Available fields

The following filelds are available to use as filters for your reports:

  • Contract type

  • Department

  • Manager

  • Payroll provider

  • Place of work

  • Place of work city

  • Place of work country

  • Reports up to

  • Space (if the company has this feature enabled)

  • Teams
