To disable the Slack integration:
Open Admin area
Scroll to Integrations
Find the integration for Slack click "Configure"
Click "Remove integration for Slack"
Humaans and Slack should now be disconnected
After this, daily updates will no longer be posted to your Slack. You can always re-enable the integration by following the steps in Enabling integration for Slack.
