Editing an existing Workflow template
You can edit a workflow with the following steps:
In the Home menu, click Workflows. click the desired workflow you wish to edit.
In the top right-hand corner, click Edit template.
Make any changes to tasks, sections or other actions. Changes are automatically saved.
If you want to exit the workflow menu without publishing the new changes, click Leave.
If you'd like to publish the changes you have made, click Publish.
Edits will only affect future members that are enrolled to workflows. If you would like edits to affect a member that is already within the workflow, consider re-adding them again, and then editing the new enrolment to remove any duplicate tasks.
