Managing identification documents

Add an identification document

Users and super admins with the correct permissions can added identification documents to profiles.

  • In the People dashboard, click the desired profile, then click Identification.

  • Select Create new identification, or drop a file to start the identification document creation.

  • You can select an identification type, or create a new one by typing one in.

  • Fill in the expiry date, and other details as needed.

  • When you're ready, save the changes.


Verify an identification document

Users with the correct permissions can review and verify identification documents with the following steps:

  • In the People dashboard, click the desired profile, then click Identification.

  • To the right hand side of an uploaded identification document, click Mark as Verified.


Editing an existing document

  • In the People dashboard, click the desired profile, then click Identification.

  • Click Edit document beside an existing identification.

  • Make the necessary changes as needed.

  • When you're ready, save the changes.
