Humanlinker offers several ways of importing contacts into your Humanlinker prospecting campaigns to personalize your sales interactions as much as possible. Here are the different methods available:

1. Importing from the Humanlinker campaign engine

When creating a campaign, in step 3 “Contacts”, you can import contacts in several ways:

  • a) Using the contact recommendation engine :

Enter the segmentation criteria corresponding to your target audience into the Humanlinker recommendation engine. Run a search, select relevant contacts, and add them directly to your campaign.

  • b) Import previously analyzed contacts :

You can access your contacts already analyzed and enriched by Humanlinker. These contacts come from your previous campaigns or the analysis performed via the LinkedIn extension.

ℹ️ Once you've used a credit on a contact to analyze and enrich his data, then you can engage this contact as many times as you like!

  • c) Import via CSV file:

Download the CSV template supplied by Humanlinker, complete it with your contacts' information in the requested format, and then re-import this file into your campaign.

  • d) Import from a connected CRM (Team plan only):

If you're on a Team plan with CRM integration (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics), you can directly import contacts, leads, or even contact lists from your CRM into a Humanlinker campaign.

2. Import via the Humanlinker extension from LinkedIn

Humanlinker's Chromium extension lets you import contacts into one of your campaigns directly from LinkedIn in several ways:

  • a) Import from an individual LinkedIn profile:

Visit a LinkedIn profile, launch the analysis from the Humanlinker extension, then click on the “AI Sequence” block. You can then add this contact directly to an existing campaign or create a new one in Humanlinker.

  • b) Import from a company's “People” page :

Go to a company's LinkedIn page, then to the “People” tab. Open the Humanlinker extension to select the company's employee profiles and add them directly to one of your Humanlinker campaigns.

  • c) Import from a LinkedIn or LinkedIn Sales Navigator search:

Perform a search using the available filters (including Lead filters) on LinkedIn or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Once the results have been obtained, open the Humanlinker extension to select the profiles you wish to add to a campaign. Note that this import is done page by page: you can select contacts on the first page, add them to a campaign, then move on to the next page and repeat the operation.

These different import methods give you great flexibility in adding contacts to your campaigns, maximizing the effectiveness of your prospecting actions. If you have any questions or difficulties when importing, please don't hesitate to contact our technical support team for help.
