How Do Your Contact Credits Work at Humanlinker?

Welcome to our FAQ, dedicated to managing contact credits at Humanlinker! Here’s everything you need to know to fully understand how your monthly contact volume is allocated based on your plan.

1. What is a contact credit?

A contact credit corresponds to the analysis of a new contact that you wish to engage with through Humanlinker. Each time you analyze a new contact, one credit is deducted from your monthly balance. This allows you to gain valuable insights and personalize your interactions.

2. How many credits do I have each month?

The number of contact credits allocated depends on the plan you’ve subscribed to. Each month, you receive a new set of credits. Please note that credits do not roll over; they expire at the end of each month and are replaced by your new allocation.

3. When is a credit deducted?

A credit is deducted as soon as you analyze a contact for the first time. Here are the different ways credits can be consumed:

  • Via the contact recommendation engine: When you use our search engine to discover new contacts and add one to a campaign, a credit is deducted.

  • Via LinkedIn profile analysis: When you visit a LinkedIn profile and use our extension to analyze this contact for the first time, a credit will be consumed.

  • Via a people search on LinkedIn: Perform a contact search on LinkedIn using your segmentation filters, then use our extension to select and add new contacts to a campaign. Each new contact added deducts one credit.

  • Via the "People" section of a LinkedIn company page: On a company page, use the filters in the "People" section to find specific employees and add them to a campaign using our extension. Each new contact added consumes one credit.

4. Can I engage with the same contact multiple times?

Yes, once a contact has been analyzed, you can engage with them as many times as you like! However, you cannot engage the same contact in two ongoing campaigns simultaneously within the same Humanlinker workspace.

5. What happens if I run out of credits before the end of the month?

If you reach your credit limit before the end of the month, you’ll need to wait until the next month to receive new credits according to your current plan, or consider upgrading for more credits.
