  • HWPO CLASSIC: designed to be a 25-30 minutes workout every Saturday

  • HWPO SWEAT: designed to take approximately 45 minutes per day

  • HWPO 60: designed to get you in and out of the gym in 60 minutes per day

  • HWPO FLAGSHIP: designed to take approximately 90-120 minutes per day

  • HWPO PRO: designed for athletes looking to compete at a higher level and requires two sessions per day with each session lasting about 90-120 minutes
