The HWPO tracks are created with athlete development in mind. The program meets you where you’re at using percentages, scaling and modifying to make workouts flexible while setting you up for success.
All strength training is based on percentages. Metcons however, offer prescribed weights. Scaling options are available for all tracks with the exception of HWPO PRO. The prescribed weights for HWPO PRO metcons are intentionally set to prepare athletes to compete at the highest level of competition in the sport.
