Credits are used in Hypernatural to generate still images, animated images, narration, and background effects.
How many credits are used to generate one video?
The number of credits used to generate a video depends on video length, narration, animations, images, and background effects. Understanding these factors will provide a clearer picture of your credit usage.
The first 3000 characters—about 3 minutes—of each new video costs 10 credits to generate. Each additional minute costs between 10 and 60 credits, depending on the features used.
Videos longer than 60 seconds are available only with Paid Subscription Plans.
The table below outlines the credits used with each feature:
You can always view this list by clicking the credit counter icon in the top navigation bar at app.hypernatural.ai.
How do I get more credits?
Users on paid plans can purchase additional credits here. Purchasing additional credits is not available to Free plan users. Credits may be purchased in increments of 500 credits for $5.
When purchasing additional credits, please use the same email address associated with your Hypernatural subscription to avoid issues with credits refreshing on your account.
When will I get more credits?
For monthly plans, your credits will be replenished each month on your monthly subscription renewal date. For annual plans, your credits will be replenished each year on your annual subscription renewal date.
Free plan users receive 100 credits one time only. Those credits do not replenish. To obtain more credits, please upgrade to a paid plan.
Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?
Yes, unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle. Credits do not expire.
I didn't like the content that was generated. Can I get my credits back?
All generations require credits, regardless of the outcome or whether you decide to download the output. Since generative video technology is still evolving, the outputs may not always align perfectly with your prompt. Due to the experimental nature of generative video, we cannot refund credits for unsatisfactory results.
Why didn’t my credits refresh?
We understand how frustrating it can be when credit refreshes don’t go as planned. Often, credit refreshes may fail due to billing issues. Please review the following steps:
Check the invoice you got for your most recent subscription payment. Does it list the same email you're logged in under?
Did the payment complete successfully?
Following your most recent renewal date, did you spend any credits?
If none of these resolve your issue, please contact support at help@hypernatural.ai.

I have cancelled my paid subscription, but still have credits left. How can I use these credits?
Credits are used to generate content, but please note that videos longer than 60 seconds and other premium features (e.g., premium narrations, high-quality exports) require a paid subscription plan. If you do not have an active paid subscription, you will lose access to these premium features.
You can use your remaining credits to create videos that are less than 60 seconds with basic features on the Free plan.
