Option 1: Start from the prompt box
The fastest way to start. Type your idea directly into the prompt box on your dashboard and click generate.
Before generating you can optionally:
Set your aspect ratio
Choose your image and animation models
Choose between Auto-Animate or Image First
Add @mentions or upload reference images
This is the best option when you have a clear idea and want to get to a first draft quickly.
Option 2: Start from the +New button
Click the +New button on your dashboard for more control before you start.
From here you can:
Start from a template — pick a pre-built video structure to build from
Start from a blank slate — choose your aspect ratio and go straight into the editor without generating first. This is the best option if you want to build your video shot by shot or upload your own images and videos.
Choosing your aspect ratio
You can set your aspect ratio either in the prompt box or through the +New button.
